OUR CORE VALUES

“Our mission statement puts our clients first, to be of service and that defines our function.  To explore how technology may serve and be used to benefit. It is our compass for all that we do.  From building a product, developing new services and revising policies. We want to empower individuals, both client and staff,  and expect the absolute best in all that we do.  The goal is to be a force for good in the world.” 

The following are guidelines to that business policy:

  1. TO BE OF SERVICE
    Our job is to be of service to people. To treat them with respect and dignity, regardless of their age, belief , economic status, education, race, creed, sexual preference or religion. We shall not be rude, disrespectful or judgmental at any time.
  2. A GOOD LEADER IS FIRST AND FOREMOST, A GOOD SERVANT
    We live by the principles that a good leader must first and foremost, be a good servant. You must be able to understand the challenges of your staff and clients.  Only then do you have the wisdom to recommend and comment.
  3. GROWTH
    We work with this company to promote it’s positive growth and to build fiscal resources using traditional management system.
  4. BUILD TRUST
    We offer the best possible product and solution to our clients, even if we are not awarded the work.  Clients must know that they can trust anything we say and do.  That trust, is something that must be earned.
  5. INNOVATE
    We shall always look for the best solution for the company and our clients. We shall  attempt to create new products and services for the benefit of the company and it’s growth.
  6.  REWARD
    We reward hard work that produces results, with loyalty and fiscal support.  Everyone must produce within their assign role.
  7. STAFF HIRING
    We only hire the most qualified person for the job, with no regard for gender, age, race, sexual preference or belief system, as long as they agree in or agree to abide by these core values.
  8. HONOR
    We believe in honoring our country, persons and community, while we may disagree with the choices they make.
  9. SAY NO
    We have the right to say no to any project that promotes hate, discriminates, misleads the truth, is outside of biological facts, or can lead to harm of any person or animal.

  10. WE HAVE THE OPTION TO CAN CANCEL AN ACCOUNT
    We value our staff and owners.  If an account has been determined to  be: 
    a) Not pay their bill on-time, repeatably
    b) Is hostile in tone to any staff member or owner, both personal or professional.
    c) Threatens any staff member or owner, both personal or professional.

  11. ACCOUNTABILITY
    Every member of MMD is accountable for their own actions with no excuses and shall disclose our actions  in a transparent manner.  As individuals we can make mistakes and shall apologize and, if possible, correct.

  12. TWO-GENDERS IS A SCIENTIFIC FACT : ONLY DNA COUNTS
    While sexual preference is a personal choice, this company will only acknowledge Male and Female identities according to DNA at birth. While we respect other’s views and choices, our business shall not enforce alternative gender titles, based on imaginary premises.  Male and Female only.  He/She will be the only pronouns used .  Further, no client will be allowed to bully or berate our staff or firm’s belief in factual science of DNA.  We shall not refuse service to those who disagree with this definition, however these persons should be aware of our business culture, regarding this topic.
