Positions & Compensation Policy
OWNER (CEO, OWNER) – for every $175,000 of company gross income.
$25,000 base exempt salary
Bonus eligible
Remote Work Location : Work where you want.
Benefits: Assistance with Health Insurance. Internet, computer, car allowance, mobile phone supplied as needed.
Self determined hourly according to client needs.
Owner to perform all work at no fee, on behalf of company until income levels rise to cover employee expense.
Pro-rated salary at will discretion after Professional Staff and Managers have been compensated.
EXECUTIVES (COO, CFO, VP) – for every $175,000 of company gross income.
$20,000 base exempt salary
Bonus eligible
Remote Work Location : Work where you want.
Benefits: Sick Pay, 3 weeks Vacation, assistance with Health Insurance, Internet and computer supplied as needed.
Self determined hourly according to client needs.
Pro-rated salary at will discretion after Professional Staff and Managers have been compensated.
MANAGERS/PROJECTS LEADS
$25,000 base exempt salary | Part Time : 20 hours per week.
Bonus eligible
Remote Work Location : Work where you want.
Benefits: Sick Pay, 2 weeks Vacation, assistance with Health Insurance, Internet and computer supplied as needed.
Self determined hourly according to client needs.
PROFESSIONAL STAFF
At will, exempt salary or hourly as agreed.
Bonus eligible
Remote Work Location : Work where you want.
Benefits: Sick Pay, Vacation, assistance with Health Insurance, Internet and computer supplied as needed. 10 days vacation per full time status per year.
Self determined hourly according to client needs.
CONTRACTORS
Full payment of contract upon completed work. 1099 for individual or business.
Self determined hourly and location according to our client needs.
Benefits: None
BONUS CRITERIA
When company income is above $300,000 gross with a net of $1,000,000 and a company reserve of $300,000 Bonus of 1%-10% may be allocated.

INVENTION AND SPONSOR SHIPS POLICY
The owners and executives are encouraged to find new avenues of possible income generation, including sponsoring other possible companies for a mass portion of the profits.
The goal is to invent and be self-sustaining. To generate new avenues of income for all, owners, executives and staff. As such, given the pandemic, Multimedia Designs has licensed and sponsored, as a division, VirtualHorseSport.com. Multimedia Designs, LLC supplies the servers and internet connections with the patent owner doing the database work, free of charge. In return Multimedia Designs, LLC will received 100% of the net profits up and to our yearly license fee. 80% Net profits and 20% to patent owner afterwards.
